Possibly the most important ingtredient of the Italian cuisine: Pasta.

Vegetables and side dishes

In Calabria, there are fresh ingredients in abundance:

  • Parmigiana (eggplant bake)
  • filled zucchinis
  • rice or potato croquettes

Meat

Meat dishes Italian-style

  • Saltimbocca (veal cutlet with ham, cheese and sage), scalloppine al limone (veal cutlet with lemon sauce)
