It's time to expand basic skills: We're cooking Calabrian pasta!
- Fileja (special type of Calabrian pasta which obtains its characteristic shape by being twisted around a rod)
e.g. Tortellini/ Ravioli
Pasta al Forno
Pasta to put in the oven - filled and gratinated
- Conchiglioni (shell-shaped pasta) filled with Ricotta
- Lasagne/ Canneloni
Pasta con pesce - Pasta with fish
- Penne with seafood
- Spaghetti alla puttanesca (anchovies, olives, capers)
Risotti
Delicious Risotto rice in different variations
- mushroom / spinach / saffron Risotto
- shrimp Risotto
Pasta and vegetables
- pasta with different types of vegetables
e.g. Spaghetti with fresh Pesto
- pasta with pumpkin or eggplant and spicy salty sheep's cheese
Furthermore, we might prepare Pasta all'arrabiata, aglio e olio (olive oil and garlic) or pasta with Nduja-sauce (hot Salami paste with Peperoncino).
